1. All prices include VAT. A VAT receipt will come with your order.
2. Delivery will be charged at £3.40 in the UK.
3. Delivery in the UK is free on orders over £30.

1. In case of breakage, or short delivery, we must be informed within 3 days please. By email is ideal, or by phone. We will let you know what we are going to do about the problem once we know what it is!
2. We offer a no quibble return policy. However, if you want to return an item, we request than you dispatch it back to us within 48 hours of receipt, for a full refund of goods value.
3. We make every effort to ensure that we send you great things! But please bear in mind that items are handmade, therefore they may differ slightly to the images.
- When will I receive my order?

1. Everything on the website should be in stock.
2. We dispatch the vast majority of orders by the next working day. If your order is especially urgent, kindly let us know and we can almost always accommodate your requests. Otherwise, we generally ship by post (first class) or by courier (next day in the UK) depending on the bulk and weight of the order.
2. You will receive a confirmation email from us regarding your order once it is confirmed.

Why and how we use 'cookies':
Our store uses cookies to store information about your order while shopping.
