Started on a market stall at Camden in the 1990’s, Monkey Drum now employs 5 people and exports to more than a dozen countries. Founder Jonathan Wells travels extensively in South & Central America, India and Nepal, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Morocco - finding new products and suppliers. We pay suppliers reliably and trade in ethically. We encourage suppliers to offer higher prices for improvements in quality, making their product more appealing to developed markets.
